3 weeks before i needed the car shipped i explained that i was buy a ticket to fly to MI and pick up the car from there. Paid the deposit $200 and bought the ticket. days passed, weeks passed and no call from dispatch. Everyday was the same, we are waiting for the driver to unload. nevertheless the last day came before i needed the car delivered but still nothing.So i canceled the flight ( 26$ fee) and drove the car 2500 miles from CA to MI spent 30 hrs and 250$ of total cost ( including food). 10 days later i get the return on my credit card.
I think they underbid to get me to pay the deposit, $750 is to cheap. I think the rep on the phone and email did the best he can do for that quote.
